Marty Anthony, President MAnthony@AmblerSurgical.com 1-888-407-0006 x201 Marty Anthony founded Ambler Surgical in 1997 after spending several years in advertisement sales and sales management at a variety of healthcare publications and surgical instrument companies. Marty became disenchanted with common business practices in the surgical instrument industry and his vision was to create a leading, forward-thinking, company that was customer-driven and focused on improving industry sales practices. Marty wanted to place the company’s focus on a few surgical specialties to quickly establish a competitive advantage that could result in an industry leadership position for Ambler Surgical. His commitment to integrity, quality, value, service, and above all convenience became the core foundation for Ambler Surgical. His goal was to set the benchmark for client satisfaction with pioneering trends that did not exist within the surgical instrument business community. Today Ambler Surgical has become an industry thought leader using client feedback and working with its Advisory Board of ophthalmic nurse managers and perioperative staff to raise customer expectations. The result is a purchasing experience designed completely from the customer’s perspective, the industry’s largest selection of high-quality ophthalmic instruments and a plethora of surgical instrument educational resources. Marty and his family reside in Chester County, Pennsylvania and he enjoys golfing, cycling, tennis, fishing, traveling and fine dining.

Tony Kroboth, Vice President of Operations TKroboth@AmblerSurgical.com 1-888-407-0006 x202 Tony Kroboth joined Ambler Surgical in 2003 as Vice President of Operations after working in retail sales and membership services. He oversees the day-to-day operations and handles vendor relations, group purchasing contracts, product pricing, and Ambler Surgical’s online catalog and web site. Tony has been instrumental in the continued development of Ambler Surgical and still personally assists many long-term clients with their instrument needs. A graduate of DeSales University, Tony holds a BA in Business Administration and BS in Informational Computer Science. Tony and his family live in Chester County, Pennsylvania and he enjoys golfing, basketball, weightlifting, remote control cars and anything high-tech.

Kellina Holt, Director of Customer Service KHolt@AmblerSurgical.com 1-888-407-0006 x200 Kellina Holt has probably spoken to every customer at Ambler Surgical since 2005 and is a key member of the Executive Team. Her expertise in customer service was forged working in the restaurant business and she is a graduate of West Chester University with a BA in Spanish. Along with her responsibilities of product delivery, credit approval, returns, trade shows, customer relations and overall customer satisfaction, Kellina is part of the Ambler Surgical Marketing Committee. Kellina and her family reside in Chester County, Pennsylvania. In her spare time she enjoys mountain biking, wines, and jewelry making. In addition, Kellina is the lead singer for a very popular local band called Echo.
